Our annual Scholarship Challenge Ride returns — and this year it moves to December.
The Challenge Ride is our largest rider-powered fundraiser for the Vinceremos Scholarship Fund. Riders head out on a prepared trail through the DuPuis Management Area, following clues along the way, and finish with raffle prizes. Every dollar raised keeps our programs within reach of the families who need them. More than 75% of our participants rely on scholarship assistance.
When: Sunday, December 20, 2026
Where: John G. and Susan H. DuPuis Jr. Wildlife and Environmental Area, 23500 Southwest Kanner Highway, Canal Point, FL 33438 (about 45 minutes from our farm)
Three ways to take part:
- Ride one of our horses. Send us a photo and a few words about what Vinceremos means to you, and we will build you a personal fundraising page to share with family, friends, and your employer. Reach $500 and your spot is secured — you will ride one of our horses on the prepared trail at your assigned ride time.
- Bring your own horse. Register, pay the $50 entry, and ride the prepared trail at your own pace within the day's riding window. Bring your own horse or pony.
- Support a rider. If you cannot join the ride, a donation to the Scholarship Fund goes just as far — it funds scholarships, supports the care of our therapy horses, and keeps our programs running.
